Exchanges & Returns

Exchange Policy:
- We do stand for one free exchange per order. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@akbikinis.com. If your request exchange item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.

Returns:

Full Price: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your shipment for an exchange or store credit. Item must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed with tags attached and in original packaging. Sanitary liners must also be intact. 
- We do not cover the return shipping cost, which is 40 SEK in Sweden, 10€ in Europe, and 29€ outside of Europe. This cost will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to return your item, please email us at info@akbikinis.com.

If you would like to exchange or return your item, please email us  at info@akbikinis.com to be proceed to our service for exchanges/returns, don't forget to include your order number.

Once you have followed all of these steps it can take up to two weeks to process your return. Once your return is processed you will receive a email-confirmation about this. Please note that we do not refund you the shipping fee that was included in your order. 

-Once we receive your return, you will be provided with a store credit valid for 3 years to use storewide.

-All sale items are final, and are not eligible for return. 

-For sanitary reasons we ask that you please try on swimwear over your underwear.
